Calm down and pass the carrots

I start to say some coffee but I stop when Lilith holds up my old coffee cup.

"Hey guys." She says as I grab the cup.

"Hi Lilith. Told you I'd be here." I tease, "I even made sure Blair put on clothes."

"I'm not touching that one."

"I will take a beer if you have." I say wrapping my arm around Bathory. "If not a diet coke will suffice"

"Eww... Diet Coke."

I just laugh for a moment, "Do you honestly think I would have anything other than beer in my fridge, come on man you have seen my promos do I look like I drink that diet coke shit hahaha".

I grab out two beers and walk over towards the table and place it down, "Well shit take a seat your making my new house look messy", I let out a little chuckle as I open my beer, "But all jokes aside I do thank you both for coming it does mean alot"

"Thank Blair mostly, I was going to bail and play with Lydia the rest of the night."

Lilith looked up from the counter with a mild look of shock. As I sat down on the bar stool across from her.

"The 3 year old?"

"Is their a problem with that?" I ask Lilth taking a seat on the couch. I crack the beer and take a sip then put the bottle on the coffee table in front of me.

"No just suprising", Lilith says before smiling over at Blair.

"Well shit things really can change I remember back when we were little kids and our nieces use to come over Bath would run and hide in her room because she hated little kids", I stake a sip of my beer trying not to choke on his as Bath throws a cup holder at me

"That's because they were MONSTERS, which Lydia is not." I get up as Hayden sticks his tongue out at me. I walk over and take a seat next to Blair.

I grab his hand with a smile as I turn back Hayden and Lilith. "Let's change the topic off of kids. Unless you two want to talk about when you plan to have your own little Antichrist."

I see the look on Lilith's face and have to laugh.

And lo, there came a rapping, a ratat-tat tatting a knock upon the chamber door, all offical like and serious. Devlin's Idea of a joke. Waiting on the door being opened.

"well shit we aren't even married yet and your planning out our kids shit sis", I laugh to myself as I hear the doorbell again smiling to myself I stand up.

"Excuse me guys I shall return shortly", I make my way downstairs again opening the door to find Devlin and Kate standing there looking rather sharp also.

"Shit bro you don't fuck around now do you"

A wry smirk and a chuckle with a wink.

"pass up an apportunity like this? Hell no.. I told you I'd be here"

Kate smiles softly and quietly held up her left hand to let Hayden see the ring and then pressed a finger to her lisp as if to say 'quiet' before Devlin deepens his voice and speaks a little louder.

"We'd like to come in Mr Raine.. it's about your Brother, Devlin..He's a Terrible nusiance to society..We need your help, now."

A grin and he points upstairs with a silent.

I looked at Lilith with a rather dirty look. "Who's here?"

"I'm not sure." She was lying but I couldn't tell. I stood up and looked at Blair, an unsure look on my face.

"Is that a cop? Here about Devlin?"

I wink at Devlin before speaking, "Um sure officer do you mind if we take things upstairs its rather cold outside".

As Kate walks past me I smile and mouth the words Congrats as I lead them upstairs and into the kitchen where the look on Bath's face just drops to the floor.

Indeed the two ofthem walkin as Devlin continues with his Speil as if nothign was wrong.

"Y'see sir, he looks , acts and talks exactly like me..I don't know what to do.."

"Damn all of you!" I yell as I run up to Devlin, hugging him. Than I give Kate a hug.

"I've missed you guys." I turn around when I hear Blair laughing, "did you know about this?"

He just put his hands up.
