Billy is tracking Freddy on his ipad and notices the car has come to a stop by a the old water works factory he looks over to the TV and then glances back to the ipad Freddy's car is now driving down the road and on to the freeway ..
Billy: Why stop ??
Billy ponders the stoppage for about 2 minutes then he see's the Freddys car move off the freeway and park again ...
Billy: Is he picking up hookers or something , very weird
The car stops for about 20 minutes Freddy doesnt get out of the car the the car moves again heading towards LA 1 Freeway the road to LA
Billy: Must be on the way home now He would have called me if he found Stacy ..
Billy turns off the ipad and watches TV
