Talent swap

With recent events and with the internet being full of efeds that are closing all the time and roughkut really packed with feds. I cam up with this idea to bring in more talent its a basic talent swap at the moment VD are going over to IWA to wrestle there as well as here and some IWA wrestlers will be coming here. It is not an invasion and I hope you all will handle it as the stars I know you are. I am not telling you to go or telling you we are closing we are not my plan eventualy is to bring five or six feds in and have them under an umbrella with interfed belts etc with a massive inter fed ppv twice a year. I hope you are all down with this and if you want to be in the talent swap let me know. The IWA is here

Yea i've been in a fed and they did this...it doesnt work both feds closed with in a month..

I ran one that lasted a couple of months, had 3-5 feds. It isn't easy, but it can be done. Not say it will work, just that it could. But I understand everybody's opinion

Sorry you feel that way. I am trying my best to get new talent in as in case you hadn't noticed from the no shows its hard work you guys are commited and I love you all for it but if you have any other ideas let me know I see this as a way of bringing in fresh faces who will see how active we are and stick around we need to build our reputation on the net guys

yeah but banding a bunch of feds together with talent swapping just causes for a number of feds to end up closing down due to the fact of not being able to manage rping in three different places with three different deadlines etc.

Best way is to just put the word out amongst friends and on some sites like E-fed Knights of the round table, roughtnutz and other various top rating fed sites

I have listened and canceled the talent swap although i will say i think you guys are wrong on this but dont tell me i dont lisen to the talent but you guys have to step up and get more talent bow as in yesterday please everyone is now deputised as bookers lol go get me guys and girls

Sign up to E-fed nights and post the site on there. they have a vast ammount of feds the share there results up there to get judged by others and get feedback.

They also have graphic artists who do work for people and they have a thread with members who are looking for feds to join. this would be the best option

also post on Roughkut and try to join an interfed with no talent swap. Such interfed's are CWC and the AOWF
