Okay, here is how you see the forums the way they are meant to be seen (unless or until I get one of my forum making pals to do up a proper setup).
Login
Click on your profile.
Modify Profile.
Select Skin
Change from "Default" to "Odyssey".
Ta da! Now you can see the forums properly.
